Our team of experienced physicians at Elida Medical Clinic are Canadian-board certified and are licensed by the College of Physicians
and Surgeons of British Columbia.
As University of British Columbia Associate Professor & Clinical Instructors, our doctors are actively involved in training residents and
medical students.
Dr. Luke Tse
MBBS, CCFP, DCH
Family Physician
Dr Luke Tse graduated from the University of Hong Kong, trained in Paediatrics in the United Kingdom, then retrained in family practice in Canada. Dr. Tse is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. He practices full service family medicine including home visits to frail elderly in the community as well as visits to the Long Term Care home.
He is actively involved in medical education. Dr. Tse is currently a Site Scholar Faculty in UBC Family Medicine Residency Program, Saint Paul’s Hospital IMG site and Fort Saint John distributed site. His academic rank is Clinical Assistant Professor in UBC faculty of Medicine.
Dr. Hau Cheung Dominic Wong
MB, BCh(hons.), CCFP
Family Physician
Dr. Dominic Wong graduated with honours at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of British Columbia.
Besides having his own panel of patients as a family doctor, Dr. Wong provides medical education as a clinical instructor at UBC.
Dr. Wong is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Dr. Daniel Chao

Dr. Daniel Chao graduated from the University of British Columbia for both his medical school training as well as Family Medicine Residency.
He practices full service Family Medicine and has particular interest in preventative medicine and dermatology.
Dr. Xin Cheng (Kevin) Zou
MD, CCFP
Family Physician
Dr. Kevin Zou completed both his Medical School and Residency training in Family Medicine at the University of British Columbia. He is passionate about preventative medicine and education around life style changes that can help prevent disease.
He also has a special interest in dermatology and provides both medical and cosmetic services in this area.
Dr. Linnette Ocariza
MSc, MD, CCFP
Family Physician
Dr. Linnette Ocariza graduated from the University of Sydney Medical School in Australia and completed her Family Medicine residency training with the UBC St. Paul's IMG program. She also completed her Master's of Science in Experimental Pathology and Laboratory Medicine from UBC.
She practices full scope family medicine with a focus on preventative health. Her special interests include immigrant health and pediatrics.
Dr. Ocariza is fluent in English and Filipino (Tagalog).
