​* SPECIAL BUSINESS HOURS & HOLIDAY CLOSURE NOTICE *

Elida Medical Centre will be closed on December 25, 2025 (Thursday) for Christmas Day and December 26, 2025 (Friday) for Boxing Day. Regular hours will be resumed on December 27, 2025 (Saturday). ​

 

The office will also be closed on January 01, 2026 (Thursday) for New Year's Day. Regular hours will be resumed on January 02, 2026 (Friday).

The office will be closed early on the following two days:

We will close early at 3:30PM on December 24, 2025 (Wednesday) for Christmas Eve, 

and close early at 3:30PM on December 31, 2025 (Wednesday) for New Year’s Eve.

The clinic and pharmacy will be closed from 12:30PM to 1:30PM on December 18, 2025 (Thursday) for lunch meeting. We will reopen at 1:30PM.

Our clinic will provide COVID-19 vaccination service (Moderna) on the following dates: 

November 28 (Friday) whole day
December 12 (Friday) whole day

Please note that we only have the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine available. Spaces are limited. Please contact our office directly at (236)235-0605 for an appointment.

Influenza (flu) vaccines are now available at Elida Medical Centre for the convenience of our patients. Please call our office directly for an appointment.

​* ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS NOTICE *

Dr. Linnette Ocariza (female physician) is accepting new patients.

• Dr. Ocariza speaks English & Tagalog only. Please note that our clinic DOES NOT provide interpretation services.

• A valid health care card number is required for registration. Registration hours are from Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 3:30pm. Registration forms must be completed within the clinic premises. Forms cannot be emailed or taken out of the clinic.

• You may park at ‘’Reserved Elida Medical Centre’’ slots, as well as visitor or unassigned spots. Please DO NOT park at reserved spaces belonging to the other companies.

***Currently, we DO NOT have any Chinese-speaking physicians accepting new patients, and there is no waiting list available.***​​​​ ​

* PLEASE WEAR A MASK WHEN YOU ENTER THE CLINIC *

Effective on January 6, 2025, masks are once again mandatory in health-care facilities across British Columbia according to the BC Provincial Health Ministry. Patient is recommended to wear a mask inside the clinic for your own safety and our staff's.
